A tremendous amount of cleanup from Hurricane Matthew is still needed in eastern NC. Currently, people are needed to clean and muck out flood-damaged houses. We want to start sending work teams for weekday and weekend day trips, based on availability of volunteers and team leaders. If you want to be a team leader, you must be ER (emergency response) trained, and a training session is planned for NRUMC on January 21. If you are interested, please join the roster of volunteers using the Sign Up Genius button below. After registering, you’ll be informed whenever a trip is planned, and can join as you are able. If you’re interested in taking the ER training, register using the button below the Sign Up Genius button, or if you have questions, email David Bass.
